  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount unless you are returning due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please request a return authorization as outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, you can place a new order for the desired item.
